  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During seasonal promotions or periods of high demand, processing may require additional time.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery begins after your order has been dispatched.

  • Italy: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 6–12 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary depending on customs procedures, local couriers, weather conditions, or other external factors.


Order Tracking

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates may require 24–72 hours before appearing in the carrier's system.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, delivery delays or additional shipping costs may occur. Orders that have already entered processing cannot always be modified.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

Although most deliveries arrive within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays may occasionally occur.

If your package has not arrived after the expected delivery window, please contact our support team. We will investigate the shipment and assist in finding a suitable solution.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged during transportation:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include clear photographs of the packaging and the damaged item.
  • Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs inspections or local import fees depending on your country's regulations.

Any applicable duties or taxes remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.


Multiple Packages

To ensure faster delivery, larger orders may occasionally be shipped in separate parcels. If this happens, each shipment will receive its own tracking information.
